What services do you offer?

How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking at least 8-12 weeks in advance for major events like weddings or large corporate functions, and 4-6 weeks for smaller gatherings. However, we understand that some events require shorter notice, and we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests based on availability. Peak seasons like December holidays, wedding season (November-January), and major cultural celebrations may require even earlier booking.
What's included in your event management packages?
Our comprehensive packages typically include venue sourcing and booking, vendor coordination (catering, photography, entertainment), decorations and styling, logistics management, timeline creation, day-of coordination, and cleanup services. We also handle permits and liaisons with local authorities when necessary. Each package is customized based on your specific needs, budget, and event type.
Do you work within specific budget ranges?
We work with various budget levels, from intimate celebrations starting around ₦500,000 to luxury events exceeding ₦10 million. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your budget openly and create a detailed breakdown showing how we can maximize value within your range. We’re committed to delivering exceptional results regardless of budget size and can suggest creative alternatives to achieve your goals cost-effectively.
How do you handle vendor payments and what's your payment structure?
We typically require a 50% deposit upon contract signing, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the event. For vendor payments, we can either coordinate payments directly with vendors on your behalf (with prior approval) or provide you with a detailed payment schedule. All transactions are transparent with detailed invoicing, and we accept bank transfers, cash, and mobile money payments for your convenience.
