Doosuur Tilley-Gyado is the visionary founder of Small Business Big World (SBBW), a pioneering female-led consultancy firm based in Abuja, Nigeria. Established in 2016, SBBW specializes in fostering creativity and innovation, serving as a catalyst for ideas, projects, and strategies for individuals and organizations. The firm’s expertise spans ideation, event management, brand design, team capacity building, and activations, delivering high-impact solutions for corporate events, AGMs, art exhibitions, conferences, and festivals.
With a proven track record in Nigeria’s Afrobeat and music industry, she served as the General Manager and Record Label Executive at Chocolate City, where she led high-level integrated marketing strategies, project management, and team-building initiatives with measurable results. Under her leadership, hits like Oleku by Ice Prince topped global charts, and the Choc Boyz became some of the first African artists to perform at the O2 Arena and appear on BBC 1Xtra.
Since 2019, Doosuur has incorporated talk therapy into her work, providing mental wellness support to CEOs, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to help them navigate challenges and achieve balance.
